Welcome to Provence, in Vaucluse, near the
Mont Ventoux. On this Nature Agricultural Discovery Area, our families have been cultivating vines for more than 150 years. Our passion: to make you discover our work from the vineyard to the wine glass.
The vineyard, on the slopes of Mont-Ventoux has been present since ancestral times
On these centuries-old wine terroirs, the Ventoux vineyard is one of the oldest in Vaucluse.
Written evidence dating from9th century report the establishment of vines in this territory.
In 1973, the Ventoux Protected Designation of Origin is consecrated and its appellation area now extends over two regional natural parks Ventoux and Luberon.
Our plots facing south and southwest,200 meters of altitude, are sheltered by the giant of Provence, designated a biosphere reserve by UNESCO since1990.
Our terraced vines are located at the crossroads of the terroirs of Saint-Didier, La-Roque-sur-Pernes and Beaucet facing theVentoux. In the first foothills of the Monts de Vaucluse, our hillsides overlook Pernes-les-Fontaines and dominate the Comtat Venaissin plain.
Confidences of…
Our domain, located in the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, sheltered by the Monts de Vaucluse, is hidden in a green setting. The harvest comes from a rigorous selection of the most beautiful plots of old vines over 70 years old.Black Grenacheand ofSyrahgrown in terraces on clay-limestone soil. Initially in reasoned struggle, they are, with respect for the earth, nature and men, conducted since 2009, in organic farming.
Our wines are meticulously vinified at the Clauvallis cellar, with high-performance equipment, under the close supervision of Teddy, a passionate oenologist, a rigorous and daring combineer of grape varieties. The hand-harvested grapes are then aged in temperature-controlled concrete vats. The extraction work is done by unloading at the start of fermentation and then completed by light pumping over. The vatting time exceeds 20 days to allow the tannins to refine. After a few months of aging on fine lees, spring bottling allows you to keep all the aromatic potential.
Thus we highlight the purity of the fruit and reveal the unique character of our terroirs in our vintages; intimate in limited editions.

The color is a deep shade with soft dark garnet purple reflections and is intensely brilliant.
The delicate, subtle and spicy nose (white pepper, mentholated eucalyptus) evolves into notes of blackcurrant red fruits and jammy morello cherry.
The palate is ample with fine and velvety tannins. Spicy attack which gives way to a warm finish with aromas of red fruits and violets which provide a nice sensation of freshness.
The whole is powerful, easy to drink for this pleasure wine with controlled concentration.
The harvest comes from a rigorous selection of the most beautiful plots of old vines of Grenache and Syrah grown on terraces on clay-limestone soil and harvested by hand. Through careful vinification we reveal the unique character of our terroirs and the purity of the fruit.
